Isaac Diyali, professionally known as Paak, often described by the team as the visionary and a true hip hop freak, is an artist, founder, and creative leader behind DGB Records.

Originally from the NH10 Highway region, Paak now runs DGB Records from Siliguri, West Bengal, where he oversees the growth and direction of the label.

Before the establishment of DGB Records, he operated a home studio where artists regularly gathered to write, record, and collaborate under the message “The Next Song You Write Could Change Your Life.” That early space helped nurture creativity, collaboration, and leadership within the local music community and laid the foundation for what would later become DGB Records.

As the founder and owner of the label, Paak plays a central role in shaping its structure and long term vision. Alongside the other co founders, he leads team coordination while remaining closely involved in artist development and the overall direction of the label.

In addition to his work behind the scenes, he remains an active recording artist and contributes directly to the creative and strategic development of the team’s releases. His involvement includes music direction, video development, marketing coordination, and release planning, ensuring that each project reflects the collective vision of the team.
